Terms of Loan.
Principle balance will be reduced to 90%-97% of current Market Value!
Homeowners with good credit (MIN 600) and whom would otherwise would qualify for conventional financing will receive conventional pricing and conventional terms(30 year fixed@5%)
Fico scores 700 and above that do not qualify for conventional financing receive Prime + 2%=5.25
Fico Scores 699 and below that do not qualify for conventional financing receive Prime + 3%=6.25
All loans will be 30 year fixed.
