Description
Mortgage Loan Officer position with Mortgage Banker. Responsible for interviewing loan applicants, analyzing credit reports, and reviewing loan documents. Makes sure timely follow up occurs so loan can be processed efficiently, proactively follow up on mortgage leads to capture sales, meet minimum monthly sales quotas, ensures regulatory guidelines are adhered to consistently
accurately discloses points, fees, and rates.
