Title Manager

Reality in Motion is currently seeking a Title Manager for a new title agency in Hawaii. The incumbent will be responsible for the following.

Immediate Responsibilities Include:

•Estabilish a new title and escrow office, including the coordination of all facilities work.
•Assist in securing Hawaii Escrow Depository and Title Insurance License and satisfying other regulatory requirements.
•Implement technology platform based on parent company's paperless workflow.
•Coordinate the execution of licensing agreements and contracts from third party vendors.
•Work with underwriters and parent company to establish process and procedures.
•Coordinate brand development, including website creation.
Additional Repsonsibilities Include:

•Directs or manages the day-to-day title and escrow operations.
•Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff.
•Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
•Supports staff at all levels of the organization with the business unit's primary goal- provide the highest quality service possible to all of our customers.
•Ensure branch office profitability.
•Manages all operating activities of branch.
•Understands and is responsible got a varierty of functional departments within the branch.
•Participates in the development of both short and long range plans for the organization.
•Actively participates in all activities which support the organization's goals and objectives.
•Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
